Can't decide between Shred Ready Super Scrappy or the Bern Watts helmet. Any recommendations or things to consider?

I personally do not like the Shred Ready, mainly because of comfort and fit, and I attribute that to the tightening mechanism and how the whole fit relies on that stupid thing. If you're considering dropping the money for a Bern, then I'd go that route.

I have the shred ready standard half cut and like it. I haven't tried a Bern, so I don't know what I'm missing. But, I like the standard over the scrappy based on experience.
Unskis is right that the "fit" revolves around the quick adjust. Not all bad, just not perfect.

If you can try them on I would. I have an odd shaped head and got lucky when unordered mine. I have tried a bern and it was comfortable. I bought a liquid force helmet and like it just fine.
