Anyone familiar with this lake? We are going up for July 4th an I've never been on the lake. Just curious if there is anything I need I be aware of

We are actually staying on lake Hamilton at a condo but I've heard that lake is insanely packed on holidays and really unsafe for kids tubing etc

Lake Hamilton probably the worst lake in Arkansas
get up at the crack of dawn water will be rideable till 8am

Myself and a group of friends just rented a houseboat on Lake Ouachita for Memorial Day. We had good water in the morning and then again late in the evening. Boat traffic was there but not insane. The lake is huge so I recommend contacting the local chamber of commerce and getting a map of the lake - that is what I did. I got the really detailed map and it was $12 but you can get a cheaper one. It was an amazing trip for us.
